One of the employees i dealt with today was extremely rude to me. All I was trying to do was pick up a part my brother ordered through carquest or something. The guy said there was no part there for my brother meanwhile i was on the phone with my brother and he was pissed because it said it would be there so then the employee started to get angry because he heard my brother yelling on the phone. Now I get it people have bad days but that does not mean they have to take it out on paying customers. In my case dont shoot the messenger. Feedback: Hire people who can put their personal life aside while on the clock maybe?
